VR Room experience fee is 200 TL.

Ticket Rules

Visitors holding a valid residence and/or work permit in Türkiye are eligible for discounted tickets. A valid ID or permit document must be presented upon entry.
Tickets are valid only on the day of purchase. You may enter at any time between 10.00 - 18.00.
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed.
The VR experience requires an additional ticket (200 TL), which you can purchase at the VR room counter.
Payments are accepted only by credit/debit cards and İstanbulkart.
The Museum Card is not accepted.
For a safe and seamless experience, please purchase your tickets only through our official box office or Passo’s online channels.

Digital Experience Center is open to visitors every day except Mondays, between 10:00 and 18:00.
Visitor admissions end at 17:45; Digital Experience Center closes at 18:15.

Photography and video are allowed for personal use; professional shoots require prior permission. Please contact iletisim@kultur.istanbul for requests.
Food and beverages are not permitted inside.
Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not allowed indoors.
Pets are not admitted.
For security reasons and due to visitor capacity, large items such as suitcases are not allowed inside the venue; lockers are not available.
Reservations are not required; entries can be managed according to visitor flow and capacity.

The venue features intense visual and audio content. Rarely, visitors may experience dizziness or nausea. If you feel unwell, please end your experience and inform a staff member.
Virtual Reality, Immersive, and Augmented Reality experiences are not recommended for pregnant visitors, those with heart conditions, epilepsy, or implanted medical devices (such as defibrillators).
Children under 8 and visitors over 70 are not advised to join the Virtual Reality experience.
By participating in the experiences, visitors acknowledge and accept these conditions.
